Wilson puts the pressure on House to hire a new team by "kidnapping" House's expensive guitar until he agrees to interview fellowship candidates. House finally relents when he takes a lengthy period of time to solve a case. However, when House's Vicodin is cut back, House lashes out at Robert Chase, leading Wilson to the belief that House must somehow deal with his Vicodin addiction.
